Reliance Foundry’s Halvard C40-R Removable Crash-Rated Bollard is designed to provide asset protection and to keep pedestrians safe in case of a collision. These bollards are proudly engineered in Canada and certified in American testing facilities to meet the ASTM F2656-20 SC40 P1 standard: the Halvard C40-R Removable Crash-Rated Bollard can stop a 2,430-pound vehicle traveling at 40 mph with less than 3.3 feet of penetration.
Commonly used in storefronts or parking lots, the Halvard C40-R Removable Crash-Rated Bollard features a removable mounting system to provide vehicle access when needed. Following our ASTM-certification crash test, the removable portion of the bollard was still able to be removed from the receiver.
To increase aesthetics, the Halvard C40-R Removable Crash-Rated Bollard is compatible with many of Reliance Foundry’s decorative covers.
